Fine Controls are pleased to announce that Rotork PLC has, this week, acquired Xylem Flow Control Limited (XFC). Based in Wolverhampton, XFC is a leading manufacturer of solenoid valves and stainless steel instruments under the Midland-ACS, Alcon Solenoid Valves and Landon Kingsway brands. All of which make up a third of Fine Controls annual turn-over. XFC will be renamed Rotork Midland Limited under Rotork ownership and will sit within the Rotork Instruments division.
You may be aware that a few years back, Rotork PLC also took over Fairchild Industrial Products, for whom we are exclusive UK & Ireland, distributor. We carry the largest stocks of Fairchild Industrial Products in Europe, with Fairchild sales holding another third of our revenue.
Fine Controls are thrilled to have so many of our major brands under one roof, and to witness and play a part in the evolution of the Rotork Instruments division!
